Falling snow

This was taken towards the end of Wednesday's snowfall.  When it was over, we received a little over a foot of snow.  With all of the snow that was falling, the groundhog didn't see his shadow so we're supposed to have an early spring.  I sure hope he's right!  I've had enough of winter.

    As far as the eye can see..it's snow, snow, and more snow..we can not pile it up any higher..Dreaming of warm breezes, lemonaid with crushed ice, summer blooms and of course green grass! Bye,Bye..old man winter!

    Snow covers the land from here to there and beyond... You have a nice northern perspective on winter...only six more weeks of it will be a great blessing. :D

    Terrific image, Lynda! A foot in one day! Oh my, I hope you are cozy in your reading room. I never understood why NOT seeing the shadow means winter will be over soon. Seems like it should be the opposite. :) – g

    This is absolutely blissful. It looks as if the snow is fairy lights twinkling in the trees, how wonderful is nature - so beautifully captured!

    Oh, my more snow... LOL! I feel as you do, Lynda... just too much snow at this point! I haven't even been taking any more snow photos...I'm just sooo eager for spring now! Happy Days ((HUGS))
