I can't wait to use these Meyer lemons. I've never used them before, truthfully I've never even seen them sold here before, until now. My mind is overwhelmed with possibilities! Stay tuned!
Lemons are sunshine on a cloudy day. I've heard Meyer lemons make a fabulous lemon curd. If they were available out here in the land of cows and corn, I'd definitely give them try. I hope you share your results!
Hi Lynda! We LOVE Meyer lemons. We always stock up when they are available. Use them for anything you would regular lemons but the flavor is so much better! Squeezed over salads or steamed vegetables or fish, made into lemonade, lemon curd or cakes. Honestly, we put them on almost everything. Enjoy!
I love the composition of the blue stripes leading to the three lemons in the background of the image on the left, and then the repetition of the line in the three lemons on the right. Excellent!
